I found this note on a San Bernardino tax map:

Map 804-36-82 Par No 7 M.R.O.

Any ideas on where this can be found?

I believe it is a State Board of Equalization parcel number. Usually those numbers are found in a railroad parcel or a utility owned parcel (gas, electric, etc.).

Contact Colin Parich at SBE with the numbers you posted and see if he can come up with anything.
