Conflict of Interest

I'm sure in one of the treads there was concern if CLSA had a Conflict of Interest Policy. Attached is a copy of the policy that was adopted in July of 2013.
Regarding a "Whistleblower Policy" I think it would be a good idea to adopt one for the association. The best way to bring something like this to the attention of the BOD is have a discussion at your next chapter meeting. If your chapter is in agreement, then develop a resolution that can be forwarded to the central office in order to be put on the next BOD meeting agenda.
