Last notice with final info below. Note we are accepting registrations at the door and have ordered extra lunches, so please feel free to come even if you haven’t registered (but an e-mail note to me to expect you as many have done would be nice!) We will be accepting check, CC, or cash. Those of you who registered last night, I’m still working my way through them and you’ll receive e-mail receipts shortly! I’ve bcc:d our neighboring chapters as well as our regular mailing list, please distribute to your own members as applicable.

Subject: CAL POLY POMONA & OC-CLSA JOINT CONFERENCE Information
Survey Conference Guests,
Thank you for being part of this year’s Cal Poly Pomona & OC-CLSA Joint Conference at Cal Poly Pomona. We are excited to host and look forward to creating a great event that we hope to have annually.
The Conference is going to be held in the Bronco Student Center (BSC or Building 35). Check-in for the conference will be located on the second floor above the food court. Please see the campus map attached for clarification.
Remember that there will be a social event (pizza, beer, and pool) in the game room for $10, to further bond with the people you meet throughout the day.
Directions:
From 10 San Bernardino Freeway
1. Exit: Kellogg Drive
2. Heading east, turn right on to Kellogg.
3. Heading west, turn left on to Kellogg.
4. Continue on Kellogg Drive past University Drive and Red Gum Lane, pull in to the Visitor/ Parking booth for parking pass.
From 57 Orange Freeway
1. Exit: Temple Ave.
2. Heading north, turn left on to Temple Ave.
3. Heading south, turn right on to Temple Ave.
4. Continue on Temple Ave. past Valley Blvd. and the rail road tracks.
5. Turn right on to South Campus Drive.
6. Turn Left at Kellogg Drive, pull in to the Visitor/ Parking booth for parking pass.
Parking:
Please let the attendant know that you are on campus for the CAL POLY POMONA & OC-CLSA JOINT CONFERENCE and you will be given a parking pass that is only valid in the parking structure. Note that you will have to stop by the Visitor/ Parking booth again on the second day as THE PASS WILL ONLY BE VALID FOR ONE DAY.
Once you have parked, please follow the campus map to the BSC.
