Your Duties:
Stantec Consulting is seeking a Instrument Person / Surveyor crew member with a minimum of 2-years of experience in the field working as a chainman on a survey crew. The candidate must be comfortable performing field survey work, including construction staking, geodetic surveys, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys. Other skills required are: use of a personal computer, strong mathematical skills, and good communication abilities. Experience with Trimble robotic total stations, GPS, and Trimble Office software preferred.
*This individual will be required to join the Union Local 12 group under the 48 hour rule.*
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
LS or LSIT required.
Strong mathematical skills.
good communication abilities.
Experience with Trimble robotic total stations, GPS.
Trimble Office software preferred.
*Prior to employment with Stantec you will be required to pass a drug and alcohol screening*
