Land Surveying CAD TECHNICIAN
Cinquini & Passarino, Inc., an established Land Surveying Firm located in Sonoma County for over 60 years, seeks a motivated CAD Technician with experience in drafting for Land Surveying projects to work in our Santa Rosa office.
Candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that encourages continual development of skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
• Experience with drafting Survey- related Mapping, including Topographic Mapping, Subdivision Mapping, Record of Survey, Corner Records
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well on a project team and demonstrates good interpersonal skills
• Ability to ‘think’ in 3D, and 3D modeling skills a plus
• Ability to utilize ESRI Software
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong computer literacy and ability to comprehend and learn new software
• Strongly self-motivated and ability to work well with deadlines
• SRJC Civil Engineering, Surveying & Geospatial Technologies certificate, or equivalent, a plus
