need recent recorded SF record of survey

Hello.
Could someone send me a recently (within last year) recorded RS in San Francisco County that I could look at as an example?
I tried contacting the mapping dept. about this and they haven't responded. I know all the recorded maps are on the City website, but I have no way of searching out a recent one there.
