Survey Technician:

PACE Engineering, Inc. is a multifaceted engineering and surveying firm in northern California that has interest in interviewing career-oriented candidates having 2+ years of education and/or experience in the fields of surveying, drafting, or engineering. Possession of an L.S.I.T. or E.I.T. Certificate is preferred.

General Summary of Position

· Field crew member sharing party duties under guidance of the party chief.

· Clear brush, drive stakes, set signs and posts, etc.

· Perform incidental clerical and custodial duties to keep survey vehicles stocked and in order.

· Perform assignments under the direction of a supervisor and project staff.

· Drafting, mapping, and research

Skills and Abilities Desired

· Familiarity with survey equipment (Experience with Trimble equipment is a plus)

· Experience with AutoCAD C3D (Microstation V8i is a plus)

· Valid California Driver’s license (Required)

· Ability to learn and a desire to grow professionally
