Office Surveyor Position

Full time position in Carlsbad
The primary responsibility of the Office Surveyor is the preparation of survey calculations, crew scheduling, and coordinating with construction superintendents and contractors. Developing topographic mapping from field data. In addition this position will be responsible for the preparation of final mapping for all projects including legal descriptions and associated plats.

Education & Professional Experience Requirements:
• PLS Registration or LSIT with ability to obtain professional license within 6-12 months.
• A minimum of five (5) years related experience is required.
• 3 years related experience as a Survey Party Chief.
• Proficient in use of Trimble equipment and software.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D and/or Carlson, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
• California driver's license (must be current and clear of major violations)
