Professional Land Surveyor and Associate Land Surveyor

Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. is seeking a qualified, results oriented Office Surveyor. C&P is seeking an individual who desires to become part of a team that is driven for success and growth. The successful candidate will represent C&P in our office Santa Rosa, Healdsburg or Napa Offices, working on a wide variety of survey projects.
Position Summary: Under direction and supervision, the surveyor will perform various field tasks associated with land surveying and mapping, such as ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Utility Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Rail Surveys, Laser Scanning and Construction Staking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishment of complicated boundary and right of ways, preparation of lot line adjustment, Lot Line Adjustments, Tentative Maps, Legal Descriptions and Plats, ALTA Surveys and other survey related mapping.
Prepare and Check minor construction calculations in the field.
Have a solid knowledge and working relationship with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016.
Understand Trimble TBC and other reduction software
Education, Experience and Certification:
High School diploma, or equivalent, is required
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
Minimum of five years of relevant field work experience is required
Professional Land Surveyor License, Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) is preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have basic knowledge of boundary and legal principals
Pay is DOE
