I concur with Edward - John Lee Wallace, RCE 33965. Kinda ironic, John Wallace was a former Deputy U.S. Surveyor who later became San Joaquin County Surveyor.

I passed in 1983 as a civil as well. Got my LS 25 years later.

My son has both, and still only gets a "Thanks for applying" from govt agencies.
