Office Surveyor Technician

Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. in it's Santa Rosa Office is seeking a qualified, results oriented Office Survey Technician. Position Summary: Under direction and supervision, the technician will perform various field tasks associated with land surveying and mapping, such as ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Utility Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Rail Surveys, Laser Scanning and Construction Staking or UAS Mapping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishment of complicated boundary and right of ways, preparation of lot line adjustment, Lot Line Adjustments, Tentative Maps, Legal Descriptions and Plats, ALTA Surveys and other survey related mapping.
Prepare and Check minor construction calculations in the field.
Have a solid knowledge and working relationship with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016.
Education, Experience and Certification:
High School diploma, or equivalent, is required
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) is preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3d and basic map use and preparation.
Pay is DOE and is GREAT
