Thank you to the Humboldt Chapter!

I just got back to the office from ,my drive down from Eureka.

I attended the Humboldt Chapter Meeting, last night.

Yet another great group of dedicated people with some strong feelings and passion for what we do and for our Association.

Being behind the Redwood Curtain, these surveyors encounter some very different situations than what most of us do on our practices. It puts this group in a unique position, geographically and practically.

In spite of the differences, though, the same concerns, hopes and desires and goals came up, as they have at all the Chapters I've visited.

Gentlemen, Thank you for a great evening, a great meeting and some fine ideas. I look forward to working with you this next year and watching your group grow.

Ian

Ian Wilson stated "In spite of the differences, though, the same concerns, hopes and desires and goals came up, as they have at all the Chapters I've visited." and continued on with "...a great meeting and some fine ideas."

I am interested in the Humboldt Chapter's expressed "a great meeting and some fine ideas". One method of creating unity is to focus on what we may have in common, in the respective chapters, while acknowledging and recognizing the differences, if any.

Please detail for me, with specifics - ideally, written bullet points, the "concerns, hopes and desires and goals... and some fine ideas" of the folks in Humboldt county.

Best,

D. Woolley
