Trimble TSC2 screen unreadable under sunlight

I have setup the backlight brightness to its highest level, yet under sunlight I can barely see the screen. Does screen replacement solve the problem, or there is no solution?

I have the same problem.
You have to spin around until the sun hits the screen just right.
I have looked at TSC2's with replaced screens and the TSC3, no real help.
Screen is great when I am sitting at my desk.
Someone needs to tell Trimble that we sometimes do our surveying outdoors.
