Re-Locating Existing PG&E and AT&T Joint Easement

I have a joint PG&E and AT&T strip easement with existing utilities underground serving a few residential parcels. Owner wants to re-locate that easement.

Can anybody tell me who to contact to get this started?

Easement is in Sonoma County.

Contact Steve to get ball rolling. Be aware that sounds like you are talking about could be up in 25k+ range! No to mention working with others to change the easement.
