Does anyone have a copy of the LCO on Statute of Limitations they can post? This came out a few years ago and for some reason I can't find it in my files.

Hi Ryan,

I did a search in the Leg File and found a pdf from 2014 titled "LCO - Surveying Incidental Activity". Is that the one?

It used to be posted in the members only section but seems to have disappeared. I have a copy somewhere and when I find it I'll post it. In the meantime you might review Ralph Simoni's article in issue 156 of the Cal Surveyor as he covers all the pertinent issues in his well written article.
