Well. The argument that those weeds and :"stuff" are really just "natural habitat" for birds and other wild life just got stifled.

Sometimes, the cases just bring a grin to your face.

Our coastal environment certainly encourages "habitat creation" with a climate that encourages the berry briars and Scotch broom When I saw the name Diehl I thought it was an attorney we had worked with on multiple occasions, but this guy was only playing at being an attorney.

My parents bought a place in Silverado Cyn. One weekend they raked up all the leaves into piles and put all they could in the trash can and plastic bags but did not have enough plastic bags.
On monday they went into town to shop and when they returned home the piled, but unbagged, leaves were gone. About 2 weeks later they got a hefty bill from the County for fire hazard material removal.
