Conser Land Surveying in Lakeport, CA seeks a California Licensed Land Surveyor and/or Survey Crew Chief. We provide surveying services to public agencies, contractors, architects, developers, corporations, and private land owners.

Land Surveyor Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience
• Possession of a Land Surveyor License from the State of California
• Experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Experience in Boundary Resolution and Deed Interpretation
• Experience with RTK and Static GPS
• Field Surveying in rough terrain

Land Surveyor Responsibilities:
• Survey Department Management
• Performing office and field survey calculations
• Interpret survey maps and construction drawings
• Experience with Topographic Maps, Boundary Surveys, and ALTA Surveys
• Tentative and Final Maps
• Communicate and interact with Clients
• Wet seal and sign documents
Field Survey Skills:
• Ability to operate a total station, GPS with Access/Survey Pro controller.
• Perform field surveys including extensive recon, staking, topo and boundary surveys.
• have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to maintain accurate sketches and field notes.
