I attended the Final Point ceremony today honoring Jas Arnold. What a fitting tribute to a great guy. A big Thank you to Mike Pallamary for all the effort he put in to make this event come together, to all those who spoke at the ceremony, and those in attendance. As I left the park, I met a couple who said they saw the ceremony taking place, so they hiked a different trail, and wondered what the ceremony was about. I explained the Final Point concept and explained that we were all there to honor Jas, and memorialize his contributions to the community and the profession. They expressed their condolences on the loss of our colleague, and said they would look for the monument, and think of him every week when they walked on his "Trail for All People."
