Manager of Land Surveying and Mapping:
We currently seek a Manager of Land Surveying and Mapping for an opportunity within our client’s team of experienced professionals. This is a DIRECT HIRE position, based in Mission Viejo, CA
Job Summary:
The successful candidate must be eager and able to grow a full-service surveying operation in the Orange County office with support from the Corona office during the initial stages of development. Candidate will be overseeing current Mapping/Surveying department and must be willing to build/grow the department further.
Qualifications:
Required
• 10+ years of experience in So. Calif
o Boundary analysis
o Subdivision mapping
o Supervision of field crews
o Legal descriptions
• Licensed land surveyor (CA)
• Project management
o Proposal writing and budgeting
o Job cost monitoring
o Billing
o Client relations
