CR Form - Date of Survey

So as I prepare corner records with a survey date of September XX, 2017, it appears the pdf fillable form provided by the state does not allow for sufficient space. Is this going to get fixed, so we do not have to white out and write in "2017"?

Next revision is projected to be released in August of 2023. I suggest you try "SEPT". Hopefully the CS won't reject it as an uncommon abbreviation....

David, when using the pdf fillable you can not abbreviate or use a numeric date. The format must be input numerically, then it converts to the date without sufficient space. Just another issue which got through the review process somehow, lol.

Just do the field work during the first 9 days of the month, or in months with short names ...

Wow - that was fast. Download the CR form today - it's fixed. The margin shows BPELSG-10/2017

I'm not seeing the problem. I have the version marked "BPELSG-2016" in the lower left, and I'm able to enter "September 20, 2017" (as an example) without issue.
