Our client in the Peninsula area is in search of a Land Surveyor to add to their team! This opportunity is a direct placement. To be considered for this position one must have 3 + years of experience in the industry, some responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Subdivision and Parcel map drafts
• Responsible for the recording of Survey Plats, and any additional displays of AutoCAD Civil 3D from field data, record maps and deeds
• Responsible to boundary coordinates including calculations and construction staking using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Any job-related research involved with the job estimating process and mapping.
• Formulate Legal Descriptions for property boundaries and easements from AutoCAD Civil 3D mapping and recorded documents
• Work with Engineering and Survey Field Crews to ensure responsible budgets and timely submittals

Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience surveying
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
