Intuicom v. Base N abox

Greetings and Happy new year.
I am investigating the possible use of an RTK bridge.
Since I use very a old GPS RTK system, It has been suggested to me to use an RTK bridge unit and get hooked to network, a via Cellular link.
The Issues I am having, is that salespeople for these units are of little to no help regarding the "whole package"
They are willing to sell the unit, but have no knowledge of local cell service, and networks.
I operate about in the middle of Fresno and Sacramento. Use old Trimble equipment and have 900mhz radio modems.
No clue as to which network to approach. Costs etc. Also Cellular costs ??
I'm looking to get away from base station (for much of the time)
For topo surveys, I often "run the creek" while mapping (with the truck) So it is important to get accuracy while moving.
Accuracy appears to "downgrade" a tad with these units, or, I may be misunderstanding ?
If anyone has suggestions, I love to hear them.
A private message is good too as I will check my "inbox" often
Thank you All in advance
and Happy 2018 !!
