It is already too late to reserve a room for all nights through that link. There's a note saying "01-16-18: ON NIGHTS WHERE THE CONFERENCE RATE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, A LIMITED AMOUNT OF ROOMS HAVE BEEN ADDED AT THE HOTEL'S PREVAILING ROOM RATE."

Hmmm. I reserved my room without any problem this afternoon. And, no, there wasn't a special set up for me.
