I tried to share it through the normal forum but it was removed. I have tried to share this information several times through the forum but it has been censored.

Mike I think almost all of us have seen it several times. And, I agree that this should stay in the Members Only area.

While CLSA does not and cannot review every message posted on CLSA Discussion Board and is not responsible for the content of these messages, CLSA reserves the right to delete, move, or edit messages that are deemed abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.

Rule 3 doesn't appy, in my opinion; the censored document is simply a copy of a public record that was posted only to inform the membership about what's been done in their name.

Rule 8 serves only to keep the membership in the dark about what its Board and management have been up to.

Rule 9 doesn't apply, except to the extent that the keepers of Rule 8 find the document "otherwise unacceptable."

Speaking of rules, I would hope the administrator takes a refresher look at the 2nd to last sentence of Rule #7.

There are those who are applying great pressure to make sure the facts are withheld from the membership.

I can assure everyone, this will all be disclosed in due time.

Parts of rule 8 and 9 sound like something from North Korea.
