Land Surveyors make the news twice in 9 minutes.
First news was at 4:07pm today, three Leica C10 scanners less than approx. 40' apart from each other. Took a picture of my TV and thought it was odd to see that many near each other. Maybe they were in a rush or maybe for redundancy?? It's in City of Beverly Hills for another truck accident.

Second was a video at 4:16pm today about property lines and monuments in Montecito due to mudslide. Pretty interesting news for today if you ask me!

Also an added bonus since you got this far, Abraham Lincoln referring back to his early surveying days using a compass. Clip is from the movie Lincoln. "What's the use of knowing true north?"
