Found in my travels this week. The location of the nail/flagging is the City of Ventura fire area north of Foothill. The duct tape/arrow is a redeveloping area of West Hollywood south of Melrose Avenue.
So professional...
Building inspectors are accepting this? Wow!

That duct tape is old though. Been there a while since there is newer paint on it. Just my observation.

If the ink mark is the 1'os property corner then what does the lead and tag represent?
The day is getting ever closer that only gis technicians and lawyers will be needed for boundary locations if we keep this crap up.
