Hmm. I may have seen that. Did you check the San Mateo County GIS? They have unrecorded maps on there. You also may want to contact SM P works directly.

it is not on the unrecorded maps list
I will request it, but I have my doubts since they do not have it indexed
I wanted to include it as page 2 of my LLS assuming the tax map and this unseen map agree
