I posted this ad two weeks ago and there have been 156 views since then.
That's about 10 views per day.

To date, we have had zero replies. I'm not sure what this means.

OK I'll bite.
Coast offers competitive salaries, benefits, and 401k contributions.
What is the starting salary? Do you pay overtime? Do the benefits include an ESOP, any profit sharing or bonus structure, education reimbursement, etc...? How much do you contribute to the 401k? Do you offer an alternate schedule such as 9-80 or 4-10's?

In my opinion it means the economy's doing very well, and everyone's working. Both public and private are having hiring problems right now. If someone has a stamp and a brain they are making good money.

If I was interested I would give Ruel a call and find out this stuff and if someone out there is interested maybe they should too.

Chances are that the reasons Coast hasn't got any response yet is that, like Falcon said, the economy is good, everyone is working. And do they pay overtime? I am guessing but more than likely they do, duh, and probably prevailing wage in the field as well, and all kinds of other neat stuff. They probably even have a yearly company picnic. How nice. Can't be building freeways and railroads and military bases and stuff like that without all the good stuff.

Anyway if there is anyone out there that is capable of full filling the tasks required, give Coast a call. I've known Ruel for almost 40 years and what he says is true. He's a straight shooter.

I probably should have let Ruel respond to this but sometimes ill read something on this forum and say to myself wtf?????
