For anyone doing business in San Diego, be advised that the city is shut down and no one knows when they will reopen.

You are not kidding. I was in during the few days they were open and I estimate there was $25,000 of billable people hanging around, waiting, some all day! They do not know when they will reopen!

I have no idea what market rates are for a large building like this but it sure does seem shocking that a City is paying over a 1/2 million dollars in monthly rent!
