I need to calculate the lot size of a property adjacent to the Hetch-Hetchy ROW in Menlo Park. The deed refers to a an old document from 1928 which describes the land conveyed by the City and County of SF. The title Company gave me an unreadable copy of the document. I wonder if I have better luck if I ask the City and County of SF for a copy of the document or better a map of conveyance. Has anybody been able to obtain such document from the City & County of SF even though the conveyance is in SM County?

Yes, I have gotten Hetch-Hetchy records from the Moccasin office. The records were for Stanislaus County. It was quite a while ago and I think I talked to a guy named Doug Buck. Doug may not be there anymore.
