Saw this Today

We were digging up three iron pipes in a residential street today in east San Jose (paved over with 5 inches of AC) and alongside the road found this stake. At least they were kind enough to put Plus-Minus on the stake so that no one would depend on its location. No pipe or even a 2x2 nearby just the lath.
