I posted this in an old thread a couple of weeks ago, only got 1 reply, maybe needs a new thread to get responses.

Obviously the pandemic is far from over.
As we seem to be moving toward "normal" I was wondering if any have resumed in person chapter meetings?
We are discussing meeting in person with a Zoom component.
Struggling with the idea of asking about the vaccination status of attendees.

The July board meeting is apparently going to be a hybrid of electronic and in person.
I prefer to go in person but the other people in my home are asking about the risk of 50 (?) people of unknown vaccination status in a room for hours.
We never really got to the ubiquitous quick testing we need for confidence in these situations.

The state association is having an in person, with a Zoom option, at the end of this month.

Orange County is talking about in person meetings. I do not know if they have scheduled one yet. I think folks are less interested in socializing, commuting, shaking hands, and in person meetings. It may be a Zoom world.

Not 100% related, but interesting to me, is the fact employees are being asked to return to work and 95% of the employees are considering leaving their positions. Another 92% are willing to change industries. They are calling it the Great Resignation.

In my many discussions with business owners from varying industries I am finding there is an exodus taking place. The amount of turnover and geographic relocation is epic. It will be interesting to see how it shakes out over the next five years.
