We provide a full continuum of land surveying services, including Topographical surveys, Corner Records, Records of Survey, ALTA, and construction layout. Our clients include architects, engineers, and private homeowners along the coast. RdM Surveying is a well established business of 30+ years, and continues to provide a standard of excellence to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assist and/or manage projects
• Ensure project goals/objectives are met within prescribed timeframe.
• Perform boundary analysis, calculations, and data collection
• Perform survey data processing
Must be able to perform physical duties which may include the following:
• Lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Clear brush, dig holes, walk on uneven surfaces, bend, squat, pound in stakes and iron pipe
• Work in various weather conditions
• Help ensure the preparation of accurate and complete field surveys
• Ability to draw sketches
• Ability to care for the survey vehicle and equipment
Qualifications:
• Experience preferred
• Understanding and knowledge of survey principals required in performing boundary surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking.
• Experience in the operation of surveying instruments
• Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements
• Valid driver’s license required
