The City of Oakland is currently recruiting for a Surveying Technician. It is an entry level Survey position ideal for an engineering type student that loves the outdoors, have a flare for Technology and a penchant for history. The position will develop the candidates in the use of modern computer programs and robotic surveying equipment and boundary concepts. The Survey Technician will perform technical work in the office and in the field under my auspices.
