Runaway Reply Notifications

For the last month or so (maybe more) I've been getting multiple email notifications of replies to topics to which I've posted. For example, my inbox currently has 10 notifications for the "Prepare legal desc for illegally created parcel" topic. Each one of them is time-stamped 12:02 p.m. May 12. The content of each is the same.
Is anyone else here experiencing this? It's pretty annoying.

Same problem here.
It's not my mail reader, I use various readers on different machines.
Yesterday I asked my domain service manager. they see the same thing, incoming duplicates... same time stamp.
It must be a fault with this site.

searching the phpbb forums I have not found this exact issue... but I don't know which version is being used here.
I assume the Executive Director has a contractor of some sort.

I am unable to attach anything to my posts. I asked about it through an email but no answer.

Thanks for the update Peter. We didn't turn notification off. However, we did clear cache. The only messages that were in the queue were messages related to this topic. They probably got cleared before they got delivered. We are still looking into the issue...

It seems to be working now. Thanks for the efforts.
I will report back if it's acting up again.
