Vertical Datum City of Walnut creek research

Can anyone help me with research in Contra county County City of Walnut Creek? I am looking for sanitary sewer plans, Central Sanitary Sewer and benchmarks on the same datum as the plans. Circa 1970s 1980s.

These plans would most likely be on the NGVD29 datum. I've never encountered any Walnut Creek specific datum. You would need to call CCCSD (Central San) to get copies of any sanitary sewer plans.
