Looking for Mentor

I'm a second-year surveying student looking for a mentor, someone who will take me under their wing. Over the last three months, I've been working as a chainman in the field, and it's been great. I love being outdoors. However, the party chiefs at the company I'm working for are all very toxic and don't like to teach, but I've been making the most of it. I'm wondering if this is the norm. I could really use a mentor, someone who will work with me and teach me. I'm eager to learn, am studying for the LSIT exam, and ultimately want to get my LS. Private message me if you're interested. Thank you.

What classes are you taking this semester? What school are you in? Are you going to school full time or part time?
Yes, field crowd can be rough around the edges and intense.
