What platform do you use for online data research in CA Counties? We have been using DataTree for information we cannot find on County sites. Looking to see if anyone has a more economical or robust provider they like.

I switched from DataTree to NetrOnline some years back. My needs are sporadic, so I prefer to pay by the document rather than on a monthly basis. While I wish more counties (including my own!) would make filed maps and AP maps available without charge, when I have to pay I like to keep the cost down, and NetrOnline has been working pretty well for me I'm that regard.

Edit:. I actually switched to CourthouseDirect first and used them for years, but awhile ago they stopped allowing owner search by name. That's when I moved over to NetrOnline.
