Flood control mapping and orthophotos of catalina island

Are there any publicaly avaialbe resources for Catalina Island for flood control mapping or ortho-photos? I would need a .tiff or .jpeg with a world file. Maybe someone has some avaiable for purchase?
Are there cad files of the flood control mapping?

The Frame Finder shows quite a few photos for Catalina, but they are likely older and not current.
You have to pay, but its not much. We have found stuff back to the 1930's on it.

Maybe too late, but this site has orthophotography as well as recent Lidar topo.
