Is it only ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys that we have to put our "street address, telephone number, company website, and email address (if any) of the surveyor who performed the survey".
Does anybody know if there is the same requirement for FMs, PMs, or RoS?

Subdivision maps only require the name and title of the subdividers. Records of Survey require the name of the individual who requested the survey.

I consider putting my company name, address, etc. on survey maps to be free advertising. I put that information on Records of Survey, as well; PMs and FMs not so much.

I have a company logo that includes name address phone and email. A few County Surveyors have redlined my logo stating I am not allowed to “advertise” on my map. Most others have said nothing.
Speaking of map checking. Now that we are doing more Parcel Maps we are seeing a wide variety of checking methods. We need to be prepared for many iterations, multiple people checking the map and sending their individual comments and even homeowners getting involved in giving corrections.
I miss the days when we would get one redlined hard copy in the mail. Life was so simple then.

This is news to me Ken as I work in similar counties and have never had my business name, address, and phone number questioned on a map.
If someone questions something that is "their" style or preference, I would discuss with the surveyor signing the map. It appears your concerns/comments are coming from a technician. Have you brought this up in a separate email with Ric and Dallas at the Board? I think I know the answer, but would be curious if they had any comments.

The one time I was challenged for having address and phone number in my logo on a Parcel Map, I furnished the checker with a dozen or so copies of recently-filed maps in her city that also had address and phone in their logos. That resolved the matter.
These days when I do a PM or FM I look at some of the recent filings in that jurisdiction and format my map in a similar manner. Most of the time that results in a generic title block -- text only, no logo. I don't do many of either one, and it's just easier that way.
I'm more particular about Records of Survey though, since I file them a lot more often. I want my maps to have a similar look regardless of jurisdiction, which sometimes gets a bit of pushback.
