Ray Carlson and Associates, Inc., established in 1976, is a nitch progressive company in North Bay area wine country providing land surveying and geographic information system (GIS) services, is expanding our team and has a challenging opportunity for a Professional Land surveyor. This opportunity is reserved for a candidate that is self-motivated, analytical, highly competent, and customer oriented with leadership skills. More assets for this position include project and staff management, business development, and marketing. Also some experience with AI.

Only experienced surveyors who are licensed in the State of California, need apply. This position includes field and office work for topographic, ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, lot line adjustments, construction staking, and more.

You will become part of a knowledgeable professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree in Geomatics surveying, with AutoCAD experience, excellent communication and computer skills, along with a do field work as required.

Our compensation package includes: base salary, bonuses, profit sharing, 401k, health and dental benefits, 10 holidays and personal leave time. Compensation: Negotiable - based upon experience. Salary $100,000 to $130,000.
