Hello,

I am searching for any reference to any requirements the County of San Joaquin community development department might have for a Tentative Parcel Map. For two weeks now I have called and emailed without response. I have searched through the muni code to no avail. The County Surveyor's office emailed and called them for me - still no response. Anyone able to provide any insight?

It looks like the County approved an update to their Development Title (Title 9) in 2023. The Municipal Code notes that this information is in a separate volume, however a link is not provided. You can view Title 9 here: https://sjgov.link/Development-Title-9.
