I believe if you attend Mr. Durkee's Map Act seminar it is included in the seminar, or least available at a discount.

I cannot recommend his seminars more highly. I have been at least half a dozen times and managed to learn something new each time. Do yourself a favor and sign up for one of these seminars as soon as the schedule is available next year.
