Looking for CAD tech, LSIT, PLS for Central Coast (SB County)

Gromatici is looking for a CAD technician, LSIT or PLS for drafting of:
Typical work:
Tentative Maps
Final Maps
Boundary Exhibits
Topographic Surveys
Corner Records
Record of Survey
ALTA/NSPS Surveys
Construction Staking Calculations
On the job training is available to in-house candidates
Those wishing to work remotely need to be more experienced and must have experience with the items listed above already.
Advanced Candidates and things we do more rarely (except for StarNEt):
We also perform:
Terrestrial LiDAR Surveys and process it using TBC and Real Works
Drone LiDAR Survey using TBC
Revit Models of interior of Buildings
Occasional Meshing of Industrial Sites using Real Works
Star NET Experience preferred.
Our main CAD software is Carlson Survey OEM.
Part time or full time available.
I can 1099 you or take you on as an employee.
You will need to adopt our CAD standards as a 1099 if you choose that route.
