In the past, Cities and Counties were requesting additional information to be shown on a Final Parcel Map such as septic restrictions, water restrictions and locations of other items not related to title but more related to environmental concerns. The SMA adjusted this so that we had to prepare an Additional Information Page to show that info. What is the current status of this in the SMA? Could someone point to where this is found as a city is asking us to add the location of a creek flow line to a Final Parcel Map.

We have these shown on parcel maps for what is called a Drainage Protection Area - to restrict leach fields within a specified distance.

We show on a seperate sheet, easy line work, not much labeling.
