Where to find CLSA Bylaws?

I see CLSA bylaws mentioned a lot... but haven't been able to find access to anything but individual chapter bylaws. Anyone able to help?

They appear to have been left out in the last "migration". I just searched in the folder where I normally find them.
I just sent an email to the Executive Director.

Anything yet? Anyone have a copy lying around? I emailed as well and haven't gotten anything back.
