I did my best to keep my client and the neighbor out of court by presenting them options to clean up the title issues between them but the dispute seems to be headed that direction. Can anyone recommend a good land attorney in Orange County or Inland Empire? Thanks in advance.

Google Vincent Sincek, Esq. He is a San Diegan who became a Land Surveyor, a Civil Engineer, and finally an Attorney in that order. I took a seminar many years ago when I was studying to become Land Surveyor which he was the instructor. Very impressive then. Give him a look as I've heard good about his history.
