Sacramento County Corner Record Index

Hello all,
Does anyone know if there is an index to search regarding Corner Records in Sacramento County. I have found a few County brass disks that I'm hoping to verify their pedigree by Corner Record. Right now, the brass disks I've found disagree slightly with original subdivision monuments. The subdivisions set nails in the road and rebar at the lot corners. These are 50-year-old rebar, so I don't expect the measurements to be perfect, but without any other evidence, I'll have to say the County's disks are not replacements of original nails.
I did reach out to the County earlier today, so I don't expect an immediate response. But I figured I'd ask the community and hopefully someone could assist.
