Proposed Revision to Definition of "Waters of the US"

The US Environmental Protection Agency is seeking to expand the definition of "Waters of the US." How might this affect the land surveying community in California?

Hydraulic "connectivity" is a dangerous concept to meddle with. It won't be long before subatomic physicists get involved in that one, which won't solve anything.

How it will affect ownership and use of water rights will be the big thing. The director of the EPA should be removed, charged, tried and jailed for even thinking about this move and the whole department should disappear.

This is THEFT AND FRAUD on a gargantuan scale.
