It's Page/Ince, but maybe Wilson will jump in and and make it a 3 way...

But they'll have to pay me, not the other way around.

I guess I'm not going to get Dane to explain how conditions are client driven as opposed to agency driven.

I give up. I'm going to go take that nap now.

The parcel map to the adjacen east of the subject property, makes no mention of a long time existing power easement, which supplies power to both of the parcels shown on that parcel map.

That very same map, loosley draws an easement, denotes it as an easement but fails to list any supportive documentation. [this "easement" has no supportive document] but Im supposed to invent one. . .AND it has to be prior to the East parcel map ?? HUH???

The subdivision to the south indicates an access easement in favor of My subject parcel and parcels to the east, yet This doesnt show up in title ?

I expect to " fix" these little (faxpaus) {help Jim Frame} when I file my parcel map. Planning wants these listed on the tentative. These can be prepared and filed, except the map isnt approved ?

Where was the responsibility in the previously filed maps ? How about title ?

arrgh ! "good"
